As the newly appointed DACL director, I am personally honored to experience this momentous occasion with you. The celebration will be held at the DC Armory on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and will feature a delightful array of entertainment with over 70 government agencies and community-based organizations in attendance.
