E. Faye Williams, president and CEO of the National Congress of Black Women, will serve as guest speaker for the Anne Arundel County NAACP’s 43rd annual Freedom Fund Banquet.

The Friday, Nov. 17 event will be held from 7 p.m.-10 p.m. the DoubleTree Hotel in Annapolis.
