Bestselling author Eric Jerome Dickey has died following a long illness. He was 59.
Dickey, famous for novels such as “Friends and Lovers” and “Between Lovers,” died Sunday in Los Angeles, according to his longtime publisher Random House.
His cousin, La Verne Madison Fuller, wrote in a social media post, “I am heartbroken. Guys, when God tells you to do something, just do it. Just a few weeks ago, God woke me up to text him and say that I loved him. He let me know that he loved us too.”
Dickey was the author of 29 novels.
