Isaiah Crowell is still weighing his options when it comes to finding a new school. UGAsports.com reported the former Georgia running back had decided to transfer to Alabama State, a historically Black university that participates in the FCS.
However, Crowell’s mother told DawgNation’s David Ching that her son has yet to finalize his plans. “He has not made up his mind,” Debbie Crowell said Thursday.
Crowell, who was the nation’s top high school running back in 2011, was dismissed from the University of Georgia. Crowell, 19, was arrested last Friday and charged with a felony count of possessing a weapon in a school zone, a felony count of altered identification mark and a misdemeanor count of possession/carrying a concealed weapon.
