The Pepco Edison Place Gallery in downtown D.C. is hosting โFuture Visionaries,โ a showcase of inspirational artwork by young artists in the region, through Feb. 28.
Each year, the CNHS Creative Therapeutic Arts Services provides assistance to more than 20,000 patients while working to foster an atmosphere of cultural tolerance, promoting wellness through self-expression and creating an aesthetically pleasing environment. CNHS, which has also provided artistic therapy to patients since 1978, is one of the premier providers of pediatric care in the metro D.C. area.
โWe are excited that the Childrenโs National Health System has selected The Pepco Edison Place Gallery to exhibit the work of these talented young artists who are using art as a form of expression,โ said Donna Cooper, Pepco region president.
The gallery, open Tuesday through Friday with free admission from noon to 4 p.m., is located at 702 Eighth Street NW.
