Hey Warner Bros., Lasso One of These Female Directors for ‘Wonder Woman’

(USA Today) – It’s news to the ears of anybody wishing and hoping for a female-driven superhero franchise: Warner Bros. is releasing a Wonder Woman movie June 23, 2017 starring Gal Gadot, who debuts as the character a year prior in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

At the very least it helps us all move on from the failed Wonder Woman TV pilot with Adrianne Palicki, though the legendary Lynda Carter will forever be Princess Diana to us. (SWOON.) Getting her own movie is a big deal for DC Comics’ signature heroine, and according to the Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. is hot on the idea of snagging a female director to do it. So let’s look at some of the better options out there.
