“John Lewis: Good Trouble,” the greatly anticipated documentary, premieres July 3 in theaters and on streaming platforms.

The film follows the life of the 79-year-old Lewis from his hometown in Troy, Ala., to his rise as one of the most respected voices for justice in America.

The documentary is directed by Dawn Porter, produced by Trilogy Films with Color Farm Media, and executive-produced by CNN Films, AGC Studios and TIME Studios.
