Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day, teach him to fish, and he’ll eat a lifetime! โ€” Lao Tzu

It gives me great pleasure to share in my Religion Corner, especially when new and exciting opportunities come along for our youth in low-income areas or in communities where youth are living below poverty lines and are in the path of risks. This exciting company by the name of KSE is mentioned on the White House website, and they are seeking opportunities to work with young people. Such an opportunity in many instances will come along with scholarships. Read more about this exciting chance to take your youth to a higher level, so they can live financially successful lives, for the rest of their life!

National Cyber Director Harry Coker Jr. announced at Fayetteville Technical Community College in North Carolina on March 20, “KSE is offering 100 scholarships for their apprenticeship training program to veterans and military-connected family members.” The beneficiaries, spread across the nation, will embark on a cybersecurity transformative journey towards KSE’s Cyber Technician Certification (CTC). A press release by the White House states, “KSE, a woman owned tech company dedicated to training the next generation workforce, developed a pioneering neurological-based approach to cybersecurity education through its KSE Ecosystem.”

In attendance at the White House event alongside Director Coker was KSE CEO Elias Yassin and President Kameran Evans. Ms. Evans expressed, “We are hoping this KSE commitment and the support from the White House will secure our beloved nation and convince our city and state leaders to invest in KSE’s vision in building a cybersecurity career pipeline for inner-city youth to reduce crime, rather than enforcing harsher punishment.”

The impact of KSE’s initiative is profound, as evidenced by the success stories of former students. Many have transitioned from relying on social assistance programs to securing entry-level positions starting at $100,000 annually. KSE focuses on empowering the nontraditional learners and overlooked communities to recreate themselves by mastering specific job skills.

In the CTC program, entry-level professionals conveniently attend interactive training at a minimum of two timesย per week over 12 months, acquiring stackable job skills essential for navigating the cybersecurity landscape.ย KSE’s pledge of 100ย scholarships to veterans serves as a beacon, facilitating a smooth transition into cyber-based careers post-military service. The upcoming cohort, commencing on April 17, 2024, will culminate in aย Cybersecurity Career Fair.

This company, started in 2021, has built an impressive resume that includesย involvement with the White House, U.S. Capitol, NIST NICE, NSF, the D.C. government, the state of Maryland, the city ofย District Heights, and many industry-leading private entities. Today KSE is hosting a free cryptography class atย their Dupont Circle training headquarters in Washington, D.C., as a follow-up to the White House event toย showcase their training style.

For organizations, schools or nonprofit groups interested in partnering with KSE Consulting, please contact them at 270-625-3577. Take it from me, Lyndia Grant โ€” I’m confirming this information. I have worked with this company while coordinating the White House Lifetime Achievement Awards, working under Rev. Dr. George Holmes. It is wonderful when you soar with eagles; they will take you higher and higher. If you or someone you know are interested in a lifestyle change, and they want to redefine themselves, here are a few pointers:

Ask yourself, “Who am I? Am I doing what I was sent to this planet to do?”

Place this quote where you can see it daily: “If I want to keep on getting what I’m already getting, all I have to do is keep on doing what I’m already doing.”

You’ve got to change your patterns โ€” get a new game plan, a new strategy. Ask yourself, “What have I been doing to produce what I have today?” Repeat after me: “This is my year, I can have my dream!” There’s a survey that shows 87% of our self-talk is negative. Stop complaining! Henry Ford tried over 10,000 times. Goethe said, “If I treat a man as he is, I’ll make him worse. But if I treat him as he could be, I help him become what he should be.”
