LETTERS TO THE EDITOR: Black Vet Gets Just Due

Nice to see Benjamin O. Davis Sr. in The Informer under “Words to Live By.” As a Black veteran, I heard a lot about him, being that he was the first Black general in the U.S. Army. Again, I’m happy to see men like him being honored and recognized. He’s for sure a hidden figure.

Not All Blacks Anti-Trump

I read your story “Trump’s Job Approval at Two Percent Among Black Voters” and I don’t know how true that it is because I don’t remember being asked about this survey — matter of fact, I never am — but I’m always “included” in these Black thought polls. As someone who votes both Democrat and Republican, I’d like the media to represent the truth of these surveys and polls. They are not reflective of reality. Trump will win in 2020.
