How powerful was it to see Valerie Jarrett, Cathy Hughes and D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser on the cover of The Informer, all powerful Black women talking about real issues. The infant mortality rate is sky-high in the Black community and it must be addressed. I was happy to read that Black women mayors from other cities like Charlotte and Baltimore were in attendance standing with Bowser on this issue. The time is now to put this issue on the front page. Thanks Informer for keeping me informed, otherwise I wouldnโt have known.

Be an Informed Voter
The 2018 Voterโs Guide was just what I needed to see. Iโve been looking everywhere for key information about this yearโs election and couldnโt seem to find it, but I found it in The Informer. Itโs nothing like having paper you can tear and keep on you to refer to when you need it. I didnโt know so many seats were up for re-election and now I know that this election is not a game. We must get out and vote โ and with the voter guide telling us everything we need to know, no excuses.
