Eye of the Beholder
Black women sweeping the top beauty pageants doesn’t really do anything for me. I don’t know — is it just me? These beauty pageants are outdated and built on patriarchy and white supremacy and what the white man says is beautiful. Seems like we’re constantly trying to prove were beautiful to the white man and others. Black is beautiful 365. Away with beauty pageants.
