“Mad Men” Becomes a Blaxploitation Movie

The AMC hit show “Mad Men” has been spoofed into a Blaxplotation film and it is quite entertaining.

The show has been criticized for its lack of racial diversity. However, this comedic take on the award-winning show is led by an all-Black cast and set as a 1970s Blaxplotation film. Imagine Don Draper meets Black Dynamite. The lead character’s name is, well, Don-O-Mite.

The other characters have such names as Slim Sterling, Black Peggy, Sugar Hills Holloway, and Pete “the Soup Man” Campbell, each a twist of the actual cast of “Mad Men”. The trailer is an ad for an ad agency, Leroy & Clarkson, which is great since it is depicted an ad agency.
