The March On! Festival celebrates 13 years of amplifying the untold and mistold stories of the civil rights movement through art, film, and performance. This year’s event honored Firelight Media founders Stanley Nelson and Marsha Smith with a Lifetime Achievement Award and Senator Cory Booker with the John Lewis Lifetime Legacy Award. The festival continues to serve as a space of resistance and renewal—uplifting storytellers and inspiring the next generation to protect history and ensure a future for all.
