Maryland reported 762 new coronavirus cases and four new deaths Monday.
The state’s seven-day average daily coronavirus positivity rate rose to 4.76%, up .24% from the previous day, according to state health department data.
COVID-19-related hospitalizations also increased Monday, jumping by 18 to 621.
Since the pandemic began in early 2020, there have been 584,899 total confirmed cases and 10,957 virus-related deaths in the state.
As of Monday, the state has fully vaccinated roughly 4.1 million of its residents, with about 89% of the adult population now having gotten at least one vaccine dose, according to health department statistics.
