Montgomery County will open two new vaccination centers Monday in response to what is expected to be a demand for booster shots.
Presently, shots are available at the East County Community Center, the Silver Spring Civic Building, both located in Silver Spring and the Montgomery Collegeโs Germantown campus in Germantown.
County officials said the sites will provide first and second doses of the Moderna and the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine and provide additional doses and booster shots currently recommended for certain groups and eligible residents who receive the Pfizer shot, WRC-TV (Channel 4) reported.
Here are the hours and locations of each site:

The 99.1% rate is the highest in the country for a jurisdiction with 300,000 residents or more.
