Racial healing is the process of addressing and reversing the harms of systemic racism, disparities, and disenfranchisement experienced by Black individuals and communities. Through its Racial Healing and Black America report, Word In Black explores Black Americans’ perspectives on what racial healing means and what is needed to uplift and restore communities after centuries of marginalization.
