The Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington, DC (GMCW) is thrilled to present Soul Divas, an electrifying, dance-heavy concert event celebrating the music that has defined generations. Featuring powerhouse vocals, dynamic choreography, and iconic songs audiences know and love, Soul Divas will take place at the Lincoln Theatre (1215 U Street NW, Washington, DC 20009) on June 6, 2026, at 8 p.m. and June 7, 2026, 5 p.m. (ASL-interpreted).

Blending the energy of a concert, the spectacle of a dance show, and the emotional power of timeless soul and pop classics, Soul Divas spotlights the music and legacy of some of the most influential artists in music history. Backed by GMCW’s signature theatrical flair and vibrant choreography, the performance will transform the stage into a nonstop celebration of resilience, glamour, empowerment, and joy.
Audiences can expect an unforgettable evening featuring hits from Diana Ross, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Tina Turner, Donna Summer, Patti LaBelle, Dionne Warwick, Roberta Flack, Gladys Knight, and Anita Baker, brought to life through high-energy production numbers and emotionally rich performances.
