The DC Sustainable Energy Utility and Hudson Technologies have launched the nation’s first Refrigerant Recovery and Reclamation Pilot, which incentivizes contractors to properly recover refrigerants instead of venting them into the atmosphere, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and creating a revenue stream.
