The Black Lives Matter DC Direct Action POD joined Save Our System, The Future Is Feminist, and other groups for "Swipes On Us," stand Jan. 8 outside the Anacostia Metro Station in southeast D.C., where they spoke out against Metro policies that are seen to disproportionately affect low-income residents and communities demographically similar to Anacostia.
