President Donald Trump on Thursday signed a bill allowing states to withhold federal money from organizations that provide abortion services, including Planned Parenthood.
The bill rolls back an Obama-era rule protecting certain federal funds for organizations that provide legal abortions.
Trump’s closed-door signing of the bill comes as a big win for Republicans, who’ve regularly targeted the Planned Parenthood organization.
