Monumental Sports & Entertainment revealed Thursday updated renderings, video animations and a detailed customer journey for The Vaults, a luxury experience coming soon to the Capital One Arena in Northwest.
Designed to set a new standard in premium offerings within the sports and entertainment industry, The Vaults suites will offer an exclusive and immersive experience for fans in the nation’s capital. The sales process for The Vaults will launch in January.
Initially announced in October, The Vaults will be the most unique premium setting in the region, combining the finest amenities with an experience that places guests steps away from the action at more than 200 events annually, including all games for the NBA’s Washington Wizards and NHL’s Washington Capitals, as well as concerts and special events at Capital One Arena. Guests arrive in style with VIP parking experience and enter through a private, branded entrance conveniently located off the main concourse of Capital One Arena.
Upon arrival, they are welcomed by a mixologist in the premier welcome lounge and a private Tasting Room for guests to socialize, enjoy premium offerings, and mingle throughout the event. The Tasting Room will serve locally inspired appetizers, specialty desserts crafted by an award-winning pastry chef, and fan-favorite last bites to create a truly unforgettable experience.
The Vaults suite owners and their guests will then be escorted to their private suite, where they will enjoy an all-inclusive culinary experience tailored to their tastes by a dedicated culinary specialist. Once in their suite, guests may indulge in an all-inclusive menu offering a multi-course meal, complemented by unlimited beer, wine, and cocktails for every event.
All The Vaults Suite owners will enjoy exclusive membership in the new Monumental Premier program, a premier benefits package designed to enhance their experience both inside and outside Capital One Arena. Perks include exclusive discounts on experiential, service, and hospitality offerings from MSE’s expansive network of partners, and a dedicated suite specialist that will conduct monthly check-ins to ensure that every need is met, delivering a truly personalized and elevated experience.
Construction on The Vaults is set to begin in summer 2025, with completion expected in time for the 2025-26 season. The Vaults were the first of five brand-new suite types to be unveiled at Capital One Arena, marking a monumental leap forward in the world of luxury sports and hospitality entertainment.
