Virginia health officials reported 663 new confirmed coronavirus cases Monday, one day after the state surpassed 100,000 total cases since the beginning of the pandemic.
The one-day total is the lowest since July 9, InsideNoVa reported.
Northern Virginia added 160 cases Monday, bringing its seven-day average to 238, down from 257 on Sunday.
As of Monday, Virginia has 100,749 total coronavirus cases, including 2,327 deaths, according to the state health department.
