Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal says he hasn’t yet gotten a COVID-19 vaccination.

Beal revealed his status during the Wizards’ annual media day ahead of the start of training camp, citing, “personal reasons” for declining the vaccine, Yahoo Sports reported.

However, he clarified Tuesday that he hasn’t ruled out getting the shot.

“I’m still considering getting the vaccine, so one thing I want to make clear is that I’m not sitting up here advocating that you shouldn’t get the vaccine,” Beal said, according to a Yahoo Sports reporter. “…I’m not sitting here saying I won’t get it.”

Beal, who was forced to miss playing for Team USA at the Tokyo Olympics this summer after entering COVID-19 protocols, confirmed Monday that he had tested positive for the disease, Yahoo reported.
