FANNIN COUNTY, Ga. (MyFoxAtlanta.com) – A Fannin County Judge and two others are accused of using racial slurs in open court. A source tells FOX 5, a state agency will now look into the allegations.

Without doing a single thing, Allen Duray Green is at the center of a controversy at the Fannin County Courthouse. But for him, it’s more than just controversy, it’s a personal attack.

“It hurts. It still hurts right now,” Green says. “It’s a subject that my grandfather, my great-grandfather had to deal with. Not me.”

March 16, Green was in the courthouse, waiting to testify in Robert Vivian’s bond hearing. The two are friends, and Vivian is charged with burglary and arson. Multiple people who were in the courtroom tell FOX 5, Judge Roger Bradley, while going through the list of witnesses, asked who Green was.
