Scrapbook has already started to roll out in the United States on desktop, Android, and iOS. If you’re account has been updated to match the latest services, you could already start your first Facebook Scrapbook in just a few simple steps.

Log in, click on the About section, choose the Family and Relationships link, and voilà, there you should have the “Create a Scrapbook for Your Child” graphic. Facebook has taken care of everything, including a quick introduction in the Scrapbook process that helps you through the setup process.
