I firmly and unequivocally associate myself with “The Muslim Program: What The Muslims Want; What The Muslims Believe,” written by the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad in 1959.

In particular, I say as Mr. Muhammad said: “4. We want our people in America whose parents or grandparents were descendants from slaves to be allowed to establish a separate state or territory of our own — either on this continent or elsewhere. We believe that our former slave masters are obligated to provide such land and that the area must be fertile and minerally rich. We believe that our former slave masters are obligated to maintain and supply our needs in this separate territory for the next 20 to 25 years — until we are able to produce and supply our own needs.”

That says a lot. First, separation from these wicked people who have tormented Black folks night and day for more than 465 years, and then “reparations” in the form of the maintenance and supply of our needs for 20 to 25 years.

But that does not say it all. Mr. Muhammad continues: “Since we cannot get along with them in peace and equality, after giving them 400 years of our sweat and blood and receiving in return some of the worst treatment human beings have ever experienced, we believe our contributions to this land and the suffering forced upon us by White America, justifies our demand for complete separation in a state or territory of our own.”

It is incontrovertible that millions and millions of innocent Black people have suffered unspeakable horrors in America. What’s more, these white fiends seem to delight when they see Black people suffer, and are actively campaigning to see to it that Black folks never rise … except a few Pied Pipers, that is.

On every horizon, we see one or two young Black folks breaking through (and even old heroes and sheroes being recalled), reaching new heights — the Cory Bookers and the Kamala Harrises, the stage and movie stars rising, rising — and such illusions give the society something to wave before the Black masses, even though most will remain stuck in the muck created for them by a society which seeks only to belittle and deceive them.

The fact of the matter is, that white folks can never be trusted to fairly enforce the rights of Black folks. Here we are 66 years after the Brown v. Board of Education Supreme Court decision, desegregating public schools, and to this day, less than 10 percent of schools are integrated. If it could be said that the 66 years represents a trend (which it does not), then it would take another 600 years to desegregate all U.S. schools.

It’s a trick. As long as Black folks are aspiring to white standards (intellectual standards, cultural standards, beauty standards, the gamut), within white institutions, Black folks will be judged unfairly, on Broadway, Hollywood, the news media, corporate America. The deck is stacked against Black folks in White America, and white folks aim to keep it just the way it is, thank you.

Black people need to be separated from the jurisdiction of white people if they are ever to achieve their true potential in this world.

But white people (and even Black ones like Ben Carson, the HUD secretary) sincerely believe that they did Black folks a favor by kidnapping them by the millions in Africa and dragging them to the Western Hemisphere to be made slaves as they produced this American society which the world now envies. They think we should thank them for taking Black folks out of the jungles and exposing them to their Christian society. Wrong.

The Nation of Islam separation debate is gaining traction. Over the last year or so, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan’s deputies have been hosting town hall meetings on separation all over the country. Separation includes (requires) reparations.

It’s gonna happen. Farrakhan now has followers in more than 130 U.S. cities. In addition, he has followers in the Caribbean, Latin America, thousands in the United Kingdom (where Farrakhan himself ironically remains banned), and even his F.O.I. (Fruit of Islam) are present in France, elsewhere in Europe and Africa. The Nation of Islam and its demand for a separate nation for Black people, is not to be denied.

  1. If Farrakhan and his Nation of Islam want black separatism, reparations and recolinization. That can all be arranged all you friends of “The White Man”. Believe me Muhammad…you are not prepared for a Jihad with the hardcore right wingers, already in American military ranks, that are just waiting, hoping and praying for a Holy War. As far as reparations, please agitate Joe Biden.
