Rwanda President Kagame and Uganda President Museveni Hold Bilateral Talks

On Sunday, President Paul Kagame of Rwanda and his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni held bilateral talks on a number of issues including regional peace, stability and cooperation, The New Times Rwanda reported.
